Hey Tim, are you out there? (knock knock) Is anyone home? Can Timmy (giggle) come out and play?

Oh what a busy day....Took it easy this morning but I got it in gear after lunch. 2 loads of laundry, mini-rearranged the living room (got a "new" chair and had to move a few things around), dusted and vacuumed everywhere, swept all the tile, put a pot of beans on to cook, cleaned most of the kitchen, made chocolate chip cookies, almost forgot about Chris' dr's appt., made mad dash to go to said appt., after appt. dropped off scripts at Walgreens, ran to Jackies to visit for a few, went home, and ended the night in the ER room. :(

While at Jackie's, Chris went to jump on their trampoline with the rest of the kids. No he did not fall off and hurt himself so everyone calm down! LOL No, he ended up with an asthma attack. Haven't seen one of those in about 7 or 8 years. The whole 5 seconds home I am freaking! Is it asthma or him still sick? He is having a hard time breathing, I can hear him wheezing. Maybe he is just winded from playing? We get home and I call Kelly to see if she has an inhaler. No she doesn't. So I try to get him to eat something real quick and feed the rest of the crew and then off to the ER we go. By this time he has caught his breath. I start to relax a little until he tells me this isn't the first time this has happened. Oh great, Chris why haven't you told me this before? He just shrugs his shoulders. He says it happens after PE.

So we get to the hospital, praying the car doesn't overheat. Pulse-ox was 98. Thats good. He's still alittle wheezy so they give him a breathing treatment. He has an ear infection and is about to loose the other tube in his ear. LOL We go to Xray to rule out pnuemonia. He loved that. The tech was real cool and explained everything to him. Chris asked for one of his xrays to keep and the tech said he would see what he could do. Low and behold he "messed up" on the first one and they had to redo it so Chris gets to keep the messed up one. While waiting for the results we succesfully conquered homework. The outcome....ear infection with an attack. He is on Zithromax and has his own personal inhaler for after PE. He goes back to the dr. in 2 days.

Can I go to bed now?
